Magma wetsuits are made from premium materials  that are incredibly soft, warm and flexible. These materials require special care to maximize their life expectancy:

• Avoid contact with sharp, abrasive or rough surfaces.
  
• Fingernails and jewellery can damage the outer fabric, use caution when taking on and off.
• Rinse your wetsuit in cold water after use and hang it up inside out.
• Avoid contact with hot water
• Clean with mild non-detergent soap only, as needed.
• Never use a washing machine, dryer, dry cleaner or bleach.
• Avoid folding your wetsuit.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight.

Magma Wetsuits delivers Australia-wide and internationally, from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia. We pack and send all orders on the same business day we receive them (orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day).

DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic: Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery by regular post, or 2 business days for delivery via express post.

International: Please allow 6–12 business days for regular parcels, and at least 3–7 business days for express international shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY

Magma Wetsuits reserves the right to cancel an order or adjust the shipping rate and carrier if the weight, order size, or delivery address results in a higher shipping cost than originally estimated.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
All U.S. orders include local duties and tariffs in the shipping cost. There are no additional customs or import charges payable upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship under FCA (Free Carrier) terms, meaning the buyer is responsible for any charges that may apply once the order arrives in the destination country, including VAT and customs clearance fees.

If you've ordered the wrong size wetsuit, please let us know immediately. Only new, unused wetsuits can be returned.

If you feel your wetsuit has failed due to construction or material defects, please send it in for warranty evaluation. Note that any issues arising due to improper care or normal wear and tear are not covered by the factory warranty. Please check out our warranty page for more information.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email us (info@magmawetsuits.com) within 14 days of purchasing. Include the name on the order, the order number and the reason for return. 
2. Pack up the suit carefully — any exchanges must be returned to us in brand new, unworn condition, with tags attached.
3. We will issue you a return authorisation (RA) number.
4. Post the wetsuit back to us with  the RA number clearly written on the package.
5. As soon as we receive the wetsuit we will email you with a credit note to the full value of your order. If you are returning an item and prefer a refund, we can issue a refund less shipping & a 15% restocking fee. 

Please note all sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

12 MONTH WARRANTY (T&C APPLY)

All magma wetsuits come backed by a 12 month warranty on construction & workmanship (excludes improper care and normal wear and tear).

If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care, Magma will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The decision to replace or repair a product is made by our Warranty Department after receipt of the defective product. 

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

• Wetsuits that were purchased more than 12 months ago
• Damage caused by anything other than defects in the materials or the workmanship
• Damage caused to wetsuits that have not been properly cared for; failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product.
• Damage caused by sharp objects or abrasive surfaces, including but not limited to fingernails, jewellery, fins, velcro, rocks, gravel. 
• Damage caused by excessive exposure to sunlight.
• Damage caused by exposure to hot water.
• Damage caused by improper handling or storage.
• Wetsuits that are samples, factory seconds or second hand.
• Wetsuits that have been used in commercial environments such as rental or instructing.
• Wetsuits that have been altered in any way or repaired elsewhere.
• Wetsuits that are clearly well worn and should be retired, or are showing symptoms such as cracked or dry neoprene.

WARRANTY ASSESSMENT

To have your wetsuit repaired or assessed:

1. Email us (info@magmawetsuits.com) with your contact information and details on the issue. 
2. We will issue you a return authorisation (RA) number and provide a return address.
3. Pack your wetsuit carefully, ideally fold or roll it up and post in a box. It should be clean and dry. You might want to add some masking tape next to the area that needs to be assessed.
4. Post the wetsuit to us with the RA number clearly written on the package, along with all of your contact details.
5. Our team will assess the repair and get back to you with an update within 1-2 business days of receiving your wetsuit.

Wetsuit waste is a real problem —thousands of tonnes go to landfill every year. We are proud to offer an affordable repair service, to extend the lifespan of all our wetsuits.

1. Email us (info@magmawetsuits.com) with your contact information and details on the issue/repair needed
2. We will issue you a return authorisation (RA) number and the return address.
3. Salty wetsuits damage repair equipment! Please wash your suit in a tub with cold water (mild non-detergent soap only, if needed).
4. Pack your wetsuit carefully, ideally fold or roll it up and post in a box. It should be clean and dry. You might want to add some masking tape next to the area that needs repair.
5. Post the wetsuit to us with the RA number clearly written on the package, along with all of your contact details.
6. As soon as we receive the wetsuit we will assess the repair. You can expect a quote within 48 hours and details on how to pay.
7. Once the repair is complete and the balance settled we will post it back out to you!
